It is extremely important to the Calaveras County Fair to make sure our exhibitors are safe and well as our fair-goers.  With the assistance of CFSA we have developed our public health policy called "Play it Safe".  It focuses on good hygiene practices that assist in the prevention of pathogen diseases.
