December 15, 2025 – Replacement Heifers must be owned & managed by exhibitor

December 15, 2025 – Beef project must be owned & managed by exhibitor

December 15, 2025 – Independent Exhibitor’s Registration Form(s) for Beef Project due to the office

January 15, 2026 – Independent Exhibitor’s Registration Form(s) and Lease Form(s) for Horse Project due to the office

March 15, 2026 – Goats, Sheep, Swine, Turkeys, Poultry, Rabbits, Cavies, and all Breeding Projects must be owned & managed by exhibitor

March 15, 2026 – Independent Exhibitor’s Registration Form(s) for Goats, Sheep, Swine, Turkeys, Rabbits, Cavies, and all Breeding Projects (including Poultry) due to the office by March 16, 2026.

April 4, 2026 – Large Livestock Entry Forms due

April 4, 2026 – Market Poultry must be owned & managed by exhibitor

April 6, 2026 – Independent Exhibitor’s Registration Form(s) for Market Poultry due to the office

April 14, 2026 – Market Rabbits must be owned & managed by exhibitor

April 14, 2026 – All Independent Registration Form(s) for Rabbits due to the office

April 14, 2026 – Small Livestock Entry Forms due
