The Animal Welfare Committee is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care for all animals at the fairgrounds. Comprised of staff, industry professionals, and community members, this advisory committee reviews all animal-related matters and develops essential procedures for their handling and care. From beef and dairy cattle to horses, dogs, and even a petting zoo, the committee ensures that animals and animal-based programs are managed with respect and compassion. Together, we strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for all creatures at the fairgrounds.
