HOW TO SUBMIT AN ENTRY FORM…

 

  1. Please be certain to use the correct Entry Form located in the back of this Livestock Guide Book.

  2. Make certain turn in and to have proper signatures on the:

    • Entry Form,

    • Release & Wavier of Liability Agreement Form 

    • Large Animal Insurance Form (4-H, Grange and Independent Large Animal Exhibitors)

    • YQCA Certificate of Completion (Exhibitors age 9 and older)

  3. Exhibitor, Parent/Guardian (if exhibitor is under 18) and Leaders/Advisors must sign the Entry Form.

  4. Entry Forms and fees may be mailed or delivered to the Fairground’s Administration Office.

  5. Entries must be physically at the Fairground’s Administration Office by 5 p.m. on the closing date. (no postmarks)  Electronic, email or faxed entries are not acceptable.

  6. Entry Forms may be delivered to the Fairgrounds Administration Office between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.  For your convenience, any after hour deliveries may be left in the drop box.

  7. Incomplete forms and entries will not be accepted.

  8. The Fairground’s Administration Office is located on Highway 49, two miles South of Angels Camp at 101 Frogtown Road, Angels Camp, CA 95222.

  9. Forms and fees may be mailed to Calaveras County Fair, Entry Department, PO Box 489, Angels Camp, CA 95222.  For further questions or information, please call 209.736.2561.

  10. If you have an out of county mailing address and are a resident of Calaveras County please include your physical address.

THE 2021 STATE RULES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF THIS PUBLICATION.  HOWEVER IF THEY BECOME AVAILABLE BY THE 2021 CALAVERAS COUNTY FAIR THEY WILL BECOME THE POINT OF REFERENCE.  REMEMBER WHEN REFERRING TO STATE RULES; A LOCAL FAIR CAN BE MORE RESTRICTIVE THAN STATE RULES BUT NOT MORE LENIENT.
