will hear suggested rule changes on:

All rule change suggestions must be submitted in writing to the Calaveras County Fairgrounds by:

📌 What You Need to Know

• Local rules may be stricter than State Fair rules, but never less strict.
  👉 Example: State requires 120 days ownership for a market steer. A local fair may require 150 days, but not 90.

• Meeting covers rule changes or enhancements only – not management or policy issues (judge selection, weigh-in schedule, etc.).

2️⃣ Recommendations move to the Fair Board for a final decision.
